Kelly Elkins, who is 49 years old was booked into the Pinellas County jail on a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. This incident happened on Friday, 18 February. Why Was Kelly Elkins From Florida Arrested?
According to Kelly’s Linkedin Profile, she is known as FL Licensed Attorney at KEE Legal Group, P.A, and lives in St Petersburg, Florida. She completed her BA in International Relations at Drake University from 1990 to 1995. Kelly attended the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law from 1997 to 2000. She has operated a private practice for the past six years.
At her present time, Ennie is a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Downtown Expert Realty. Before this, she had worked as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at eXp Realty, and she also worked as an adjunct professor at Kaplan University for Seven years and was an Assitant Vice President-senior Counsel at American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc.
According to the report, An arrest affidavit claimed that Elkins showed up at the Lounge Bar in St Petersburg just after 2.15 am. But, the Manager of the Bar Declined to serve her and claimed she was already too drunk. “Defendant walked into the restroom and then return out into the bar undressed and completely naked,” When the manager asked her to put her clothes on and leave the bar, she refused. After that, the manager called Sheriff’s office.
This is not her first time that has been arrested by police, just two days ago the incident at the bar, the lawyer was apprehended on a charge of acquiring food or loading with intent to defraud. She refused for giving money and said that she has no money upon being paid the bill and added that she could give away her purse as payment.
