As per the sources, a 15 years old CBA student has passed away on Wednesday morning after a skiing accident two days ago at Bristol Mountain. The 15 years old victim has been identified as Christian Cumo. The news of his death was announced by Christian Brothers Academy in a Facebook post on Wednesday night. He was a sophomore at the DeWitt School. After the incident, the family of the boy was informed by the police officers.
He stated, “Our thoughts and prayers are with the Cuomo family and their friends during this most difficult and heartbreaking time. RIP Christian.” As per the news release from the Ontario County sheriff’s office, he was trying a ski jump when he landed face first. He was wearing a helmet but sustained facial and head injuries. The accident took place shortly after 10:15 am on Monday, police said.
