Who is Jaylon Elmore?
Sgt. Joel Yeldell who was from Olathe Police Department shared the whole incident on social media. He says at around 10:38 A.M. the incident occurred where everybody was busy in their work. On Friday, school resources officer Erik Clark responded to the main office to help with an administrative concern. Before the event, a school administrator had removed a senior student from the class after receiving information that he had a gun in his backpack. When the kid refused to open his backpack, Erik was brought to the administrator’s office.
When he entered the office, Eric forced him to show his backpack. But he refused. This issue became a serious topic. And the 18-year-old student didn’t control himself and took out his gun which eventually resulted in a gunfight between the student and Eric. This incident has injured three people. Eric was a school resource officer for seven years and he spent 15 years as a police officer. When Eric sees the gun in the 18-year-old kid. He immediately runs and notified the other people. There was an uproar in the whole school.

Jaylon Elmore is a shooting suspect and also a student at Olathe KS School. Many sources say that he was a member of the varsity football team. Previously, he committed many small crimes, like theft, robbery, chains snatching, and much more but he did not come out in the eyes of the police. Now, he commits the crime at a bigger level. Police are in search of him. Currently, he was in the hospital as he was shot in the abdomen during the gunfight.

Reportedly, he has arrested but the police did not put him in jail. He was charged multiple times attempting for capital murder. Another reason was, he was in the hospital and his treatment was going. So, the police can’t do anything about it.
