According to the sources, Erin Maroney Fraser has been suffering from a brain hemorrhage due to which, she died. A GoFundMe page was set up for her children, and the page confirmed the cause of her passing. She was survived by her three children, in which two of them are students at Emory University, Fraser’s alma mater. While her eldest child was a graduate of Emory University.

She started working for Michaels in 1991 and after four years, she would secure a staff writing role on the sketch comedy show. She also served as a writer for 18 episodes.
