Tamara is has played a vital role in the demonstration in Ottawa which has been lasting for the past few days and has able to catch the attention of all the people throughout the world. According to the reports, Ottawa police arrested 170 demonstrators and towed more than 50 vehicles for parking out of the zone to blockade the ways. Tamara wore black attire during her hearing in the court on Saturday and she has also been seen wearing a mask which is mandatory as per the covid norms. The Freedom Convoy is fighting against the government in which wearing a mask is one of the requirements that are not acceptable by the demonstrators in the capital of Canada.
Moiz Karimjee emphasized both Dwayne and Lich’s ability to pay a $5000 bond if she breached any requirements the judge may levy. While Tamara said to the Judge that she has few assets and has no savings in her account which has been frozen by the authority and she work in the gas and oil sector along with her husband. Her husband Dwayne is told to be her surety and he would have to inform the authority if she does not follow all the conditions of the bail.
Dwayne said in his testimony that he jetted off to Ottawa on 2nd Feb 2022 which cost him $5000. Tamara is from Medicine Hat. Alta. and she was charged for committing mischief in protest in Ottawa. She also initiated a GoFundMe program to raise funds to support demonstrators in the city which has now been halted by the government.
