Ranni The Witch: Questline and Elden Ring: Ranni the Witch is one of the several NPC’s you will encounter that has a side quest to achieve in Elden Ring. Ranni The Witch

When you reach Ranni’s Rise, head all the way up to the top to start your conversation with Ranni. She will task you with discovering the conversation with discovering the lost treasure of Nokron. This will engage many NPCs and link to other questlines including:

• Seluvis Questline
• Alexander the Iron Fist Questline
• Blaidd Questline

After you have exhausted the conversation with Ranni, she will ask you to talk to 3 people in her service: Seluvis, Iji, and Blaidd. To talk to them, simply make your way back down Ranni’s Rise and you will encounter the 3 of them along the way. Once you have spoken to each of them, Blaidd will tell you that you can next watch him in Siofra River, and the Rise of Seluvis will be unlocked, which permits you to start the Seluvis Questline.

Toe-to-toe Siofra River and discover Blaidd just past the Hallowhorn Grounds in Siofra River. Exhaust the dialogue options with him and he will inform you that he thinks Seluvis knows more about accessing the Nokron than he is pretending. Head back to the Rise of Seluvis (and if you have not already spoken to him, talking to him now will begin the Seluvis Questline.

Seluvis will inform you that Sellen may have some information, and will give you the introduction of Seluvis to take to Sellen and learn more. Sellen will inform you that Starscourage Radahn is the key to opening the lock Nokron, but as he holds the stars, you will require to conquer him to gain access to it. If you have been watching for the festival that Alexander the Iron Fist mentioned in his questline, the conversation with Seluvis is the only way to activate it. Once you got to know the details about Radhan, you will be able to come back to Blaidd.
