The younger Castro stated, “They informed me they had the right to do anything they wanted. They pushed me around. They hurt me.” She stated about 15 members of the raiding team barged into the home of the Castro family sans identifying who they were. She stated two ladies wore police uniforms, but they too rejected to view any kind of identification cards. She said, “The face masks worked in their favor.”
Police apprehended Castro based on a warrant that did not even have her name on it the closest was “Dra. Maria Natividad.” A copy of the 2020 arrest warrant listed some 300 people, all blamed for abducting and severe illicit detention, released by the Regional Trial Court Branch 7 in Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur.
