Youtuber and digital influencer from Sao Paulo Bruno Aiub popularly known as Monark (31-years-old), was once again the most talked about topic on Twitter this Tuesday morning 8th February 2022. In a note released on social media this Tuesday afternoon, Flow declared the termination of the digital influencer from the program.
At the time of the Flow podcast, on Twitch, which is also presented by Igor Coelho on Monday, 7th February in which the guests were federal deputies Tabata Amaral (PSB) and Kim Kataguiri (Podemos), Monark touched on the subject “freedom of expression” and stated that Brazil should release a Nazi party and individuals who call themselves” anti-Jewish”.
“I think there should be a Nazi party acknowledged by law,” says the controversial presenter. I do not think so. Free speech concludes where your freedom puts the other person at a risk,” reply Tabata. After that Monark says that “I think within (freedom of) expression, we have to release everything.” The federal deputy describes that “The existence of a Nazi party hurts the existence of the Jewish community.”
Bruno Aiub states that “if a person wants to be an anti-Jew, I think he should have the right to be.” Then Tabata Amaral asks “I do not think so. Being someone else’s “anti-life?” Obviously, the Flow podcast conversation generated a lot of counterblasts on Twitter.
“Hello @monark and @KimKataguiri, as a German I say: It is the worst possible idea to legalize a Nazi party. Normalizing this ideology means demise and pain for several people. Nazism has to be fought in every way”, disseminates the profile titled @niklas_franzen on the 280-character social network.
A user handles @LeviKaique comment that “I had thought he had crossed all the lines and limits in the last racist chat, but he managed to overcome himself in a way…”
Another user wrote, “The best part is that he says: do not worry, because the Nazis are a minority in the country Brazil. That is ok. But they were a minority in Germany too. Until one day, there were not anymore.”
