According to the latest box office collection, Jhund witnessed a slow start at the box office and started its box office collection with Rs 1 crore. However, even after facing huge competition the film managed to experience growth on its second day and minted Rs 1.50 crores. It is being assumed that the movie will manage to retain its decent pace throughout its first week. As per the reports, the film has obtained a total box office collection of Rs 2.40 crores so far.

The story of the movie centres around Vijay Borade essayed by Amitabh Bachchan inspires the street children to form a football team. The film was bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar under the production banner of T-Series. The film is loosely based on the real-life events of the Football Team Slum Soccer.
