It has come forward that the woman was getting endless text messages and phone calls from her former boyfriend. After being involved in the argument for a while, Yanira called one of her friends and asked her to pick her up.

Yanira’s friend shared that when she received a call from the former, she heard a man yelling in the background. It made her get tense and she tried reaching there as soon as possible. After interrogating the woman’s family and friends, the police have taken Yanira’s former boyfriend into custody. He is identified as Juan Ismael Gastelum aka Johnny Trujillo. Juan is a 27-year-old man belonging to Hermiston. He has been sent to prison on Wednesday evening in connection with Yanira’s disappearance. Currently, Juan is facing charges of second-degree rape and second-degree murder. The case took a wild turn on Friday after the cops found out that Juan was the one who picked Yanira back to her apartment.

At present, Yanira’s ex-boyfriend Johnny Trujillo is the prime suspect in the missing and murder case of the woman and facing charges.
