The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has brought previous boss equity of Gilgit-Baltistan Justice (retd) Rana Shamim corresponding to his charges against ex-CJP Saqib Nisar.
The IHC has brought Shamim, editorial manager in-head of The News, proofreader of the paper, and columnist Ansar Abbasi tomorrow (Tuesday).
A report in The News had expressed that then CJP Saqib Nisar had guided a high court judge to not deliver Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz on bail at any expense before the 2018 General Elections.
“Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz Sharif should stay in prison until the overall decisions are finished. On confirmations from the opposite side, he (Saqib Nisar) became quiet and cheerfully requested one more cup of tea,” this is the thing that is said in the testimony of the previous top appointed authority of GB discussing the then boss equity of Pakistan.
Boss Justice Athar Minallah held a pressing hearing and took the choice to bring the previously mentioned people after the Islamabad High Court Registry considered the report.
During the consultation, Justice Minallah said the court will treat this matter genuinely, adding that an endeavor has been made to shake individuals’ trust in the legal executive.
Equity Minallah will direct the meeting tomorrow at 10:30 am.

As per the affirmation, Shamim’s a***ertion was given after swearing to tell the truth before the Oath Commissioner on November 10, 2021. The oath, properly notarized, contains the mark of the ex-CJ of Gilgit Baltistan just as a picture of his NIC card. The legal official public stepped the affirmation and recorded that it was “sworn after swearing to tell the truth before me” on Nov 10, 2021.

Both Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz were sentenced by a responsibility court in a joint case before the July 25, 2018, general races. Their attorneys had moved the court for suspension of the conviction yet the case, after introductory hearings, was deferred till the last seven-day stretch of July.
However, previous boss equity Saqib Nisar, when drawn nearer, completely rejected that he had at any point coordinated any of his subordinate appointed authorities regarding any legal request whether it related to Nawaz Sharif, Shehbaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz, or any other person.
In his reaction, the previous CJP said that the news report regarding him “goes against current realities”, adding that he would not react to the “innocent exaggerations” evened out against him by ex-GB boss equity Rana Shamim.
Nisar blamed Shamim for requesting an expansion as the central equity of Gilgit-Baltistan. Nisar added that he had denied him the augmentation.
“At a certain point on schedule, Rana Shamim likewise grumbled to me about not getting the augmentation,” he said.

In any case, Shamim has not reclaimed his charges.
Adhering to his a***ertion, the ex-GB CJ reacted that previous CJP Saqib Nisar had no position to broaden his [Shamim’s] residency.
Conversing with Geo News, Shamim said that he would adhere to all that he had said. He said that Saqib Nisar was a visitor of him in Gilgit. “I didn’t spend any administration cash on Saqib Nisar’s visit to Gilgit,” he said.
He further said that he didn’t want to request an augmentation in his residency and that the previous CJP had no position to broaden his residency according to law. “Who is Saqib Nisar to give me an augmentation?” he inquired.
Rana Shamim added that he was unable to say when and to whom the affirmation was given, yet that the Supreme Courts of Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir are not subordinate to the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
He said that it is the privilege of the PM to give an augmentation to the main equity in the Supreme Court of Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir.
