According to Hamilton County Department of Job & Family Services’ news released in the morning on Friday, the non-verbal child might be around 5 years of age to 7 years of age and he was found on Gaines Road by Colerain Township Police. According to Hamilton County dispatcher, a motorist named Josh Wanderski is the guy who first noticed the child hanging alone, soaking wet near Sheed Road around 9:00 PM on Gaines Road and he called 911 to tell about the child who was out there by himself and waving down the vehicles. According to Wanderski, this was a scary visual as it was a two-lane road where he was waving down the vehicles and there were no lights and there was so cold at that time and the child was standing on the roadside and when the non-verbal child waved me I approached him and he was so calm at that moment.
