According to our sources, an incident has been detected where two trucks and a car collided with each other. This fatal accident took place on this Friday, shortly after noon on the A26/E25 motorway, near Sprimont. The reports say that a car and two trucks were involved in this accident and collided in the direction of Liege, after climbing the motorway. The witnesses also said that it was a small car stuck between two heavy trucks. The firefighter received a call and rushed to the spot at before 12:45 PM on the spot.
Due to this accident, the right lane is obstructed and traffic jams are reported. The firefighters rushed to the spot from the Vesdre-Hoegne & Plateau to carry out the extrication. The emergency services confirmed a single casualty.
Accident Sprimont
According to the sources, a 25-years-old young woman died in this accident. Later, she was taken out from the car by the emergency services. With the emergency services, the Aywaille fire ambulance and the Bra-sur-Lienne helicopter also intervened on the spot.
The accident caused several happening on the road as the emergency land and the right-hand lane being obstructed, slowdowns quickly before the accident. Well, the long slowdown has already been reported in the place since this morning due to the work.

The truck with a trailer was in motion and the Audi A1 was following it. The deceased woman was driving alone. After emergency services took her out of the car, she was declared dead.
It has been informed to the family members of the woman and the body will be handed over to them after the autopsy report. When the officials check the mobile phone of the driver, there was a call made eight minutes before the accident took place but there was handsfree kit and no text messages appeared.
